Color Psychology

   The web article Color Psychology, states; "Color Psychology applies to everyday life."The psychology of color is based on the mental and emotional effects colors have on people in all facts of life. There are some very subjective pieces to color psychology as well as some more accepted and proven elements. In art therapy, color is often associated with a person's emotions. Color may also influence a person's mental or physical state.    The article, "How Color Affects Marketing" by: Channa Leichtling gives you a lot of information on color. Touching, tasting, smelling, hearing, and seeing, are the five senses, sight is the one we use the most. Ninety percent of what we know of the world is through our vision. Because colors affect our mood, those trying to sell us something agonize over the color of the product, or packaging or even the colors of the atmosphere in which the product is sold. Color is not the only factor that is important when trying to sell a product, but it is the color that attracts the costumer, and if the wrong color is used the product won't sell.
